How to join
If you are interested in joining National Civil Protection Week, please note that your event must occur between October 5 and October 13, 2025. It should have a clear connection to civil protection issues and be organized in collaboration with local institutions. Additionally, the event must be non-profit and comply with the Manual of Visual Identity, as well as the guidelines for using the Civil Protection Week logo.
To submit your event to the Department of Civil Protection, please follow these steps:
- If you are not registered with the Department's Event Management System, please register by completing the procedure via email and filling out the online form.
- If you are already registered, simply log in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, follow the procedure on the Management System to request a new one.
You can add, edit, or delete your event by accessing the Management System until October 13, 2025.
Once approved, the event will appear on a map in this section, displaying the information entered in the form.
For communication and promotion activities related to the event, a folder with the logo and font of National Week is available for download, to be used following the instructions in the relevant manual.
